Not sure of the message motivating this work of art affixed to a fence skirting a field that was once part of the national defense system on the Pacific coast of the United States during World War II and abandoned half way through the Korean conflict; now set aside as a refuge for the illusive Tiger Salamander, also home to a variety of winged creatures using the abandoned Naval Air Auxiliary in Santa Rosa, California as a rest stop during the Winter migration.
